THE FIRST SENSATION has now been fully read.
At the terminal manifest CHANGE, $E_4^M$, the sine returned to zero and closed. There is no new CHANGE along the same reading axis that THE FOCAL VIEW can follow further. Through the terminal O-perspective of THE PANORAMIC VIEW, the whole fully read FORM is therefore present as a whole for FOCUS.
But a complete FORM is not yet the same as an understood MEANING.
FOCUS has read how THE SENSATION unfolds. It SEES the form, but does not yet KNOW what the form is. For the reading result to become established KNOWING, the complete FORM must now be examined against the abstract content present in KNOWING.
This is not a physical handover from the manifest to the abstract side. FOCUS does not cross THE HORIZON, and the FORM is not moved from one place to another. FOCUS remains fixed in THE HORIZON and simultaneously has a view towards both sides of the domains.
We can therefore say that FOCUS
holds the fully read FORM up against KNOWING.
The FORM is then present as a question:
What is this?
FOCUS does not ask the question intentionally. Nor does it choose to examine the form. The question is already inherent in a complete, unknown FORM being present for a CONSCIOUSNESS that has the ability to KNOW.
KNOWING
responds.
This does not mean that KNOWING is an external actor that receives the question, thinks it over and sends a response back to FOCUS. FOCUS and the ability to hold KNOWING are inseparable within the same CONSCIOUSNESS. The word «responds» expresses that KNOWING has access to the FORM that FOCUS holds up.
FOCUS thus has a form of external agency in relation to KNOWING: It holds up the reading result. But it does not itself create the MEANING. KNOWING, for its part, has an internal agency through attractor dynamics (AE), which plays out in KNOWING, and the rearrangement that occurs when an understanding is established.
The response is not delivered back to FOCUS as a message. The response
remains in KNOWING as the new understanding.
The fourth AE checkAt the first three AE checks, the form was incomplete. The sinusoidal progression continued to produce new CHANGES, and THE FOCAL VIEW therefore had to continue the reading. No finished FORM was present that could be established as MEANING.
At the fourth checkpoint, the situation is different.
«Fourth» here refers to the AE check. The sine's terminal manifest CHANGE POINT is $E_4^M$. The examination of the fully read FORM is denoted $E_5^O$, the fifth O-examination, where the terminal perspective makes the whole FORM available as a whole. This is not a fifth manifest point in the completed sine.
Now there is:
- a fully read and closed FORM;
- no new CHANGE along the same manifest reading axis;
- a terminal O-perspective in which the whole FORM is present as a whole;
- and abstract content in KNOWING against which the FORM can be examined.
This abstract content is, for now, extremely limited. No established CONCEPTS yet exist. KNOWING contains only the proto-idea:
Non-IS-NESS may be real.
IS-NESS is not yet a MEANING or a CONCEPT. It simply IS. Had IS-NESS already been present as an understanding of itself, there would have been no need for self-confirmation.
The proto-idea of possible non-IS-NESS, however, is a CONCEPT – which is precisely the same as an idea. Non-IS-NESS cannot be present ontologically – it is neither logically nor actually possible, as already shown (ref) – but the CONCEPT is present as abstract content in KNOWING. Untrue ideas too are present as abstract content and therefore have consequences. That an idea is present does not make its content true.
That the CONCEPT is present does not make it an established MEANING in the theory's technical sense. It is an unfounded idea that has not yet emerged through reading and been confirmed as an understanding.
The CONCEPT of non-IS-NESS was therefore experienced as a real possibility.
The fundamental fear did not arise through an unknown relation between two CONCEPTS. IS-NESS is not a CONCEPT facing the CONCEPT of non-IS-NESS. The fear arose as the immediate recoil of IS-NESS against the mental representation of its own annihilation – the threat of absolute non-relation. The terror.
This recoil was felt by AWARENESS as the manifest impulse of fear, THE SENSATION. It is this impulse that FOCUS has now fully read, and which must be conceptualised as the first established MEANING.
The complete FORM therefore cannot be recognised as an already established MEANING in KNOWING. There is no previous understanding of a sine, an impulse, fear, a whole, difference or relation.
The first conceptualisation cannot be recognition.
It must be the establishment of a new MEANING.
This is therefore a first-time event. Later, a FORM can match already established CONCEPTS and be understood through pattern similarity, relevance and relations in KNOWING. At the first conceptualisation, no such landscape of relations yet exists. The AE therefore cannot retrieve a previous MEANING.
Nevertheless, a complete FORM is now present that must be understood.
The fourth AE check therefore gives the first positive result. Not because KNOWING finds an identical CONCEPT in an existing archive, but because the completed FORM can be established as the first abstract MEANING.
Why the MEANING must be SEPARATIONThe complete sinusoidal form is one impulse.
The positive and the negative half are not two different SENSATIONS. They belong to the same coherent FORM. But when the whole form is present as a whole, it simultaneously shows that this one impulse is not undifferentiated.
The impulse has unfolded around its own zero axis.
The zero axis does not itself express any difference. There the impulse's manifest displacement is zero. It can therefore be understood as the FORM's reference to VOID: the state in which no polar distance is present.
But the sinusoidal progression does not remain at the zero axis. It moves first to one maximum displacement:
$+Q,$
and then to an equally large, oppositely oriented displacement:
$-Q.$
The two displacements have the same absolute strength:
$|+Q|=|-Q|=Q,$
but opposite orientation:
$+Q\neq-Q.$
Q thus denotes the invariant distance from VOID to each of the two poles.
The complete difference between the poles is:
$(+Q)-(-Q)=2Q.$
It is this full, symmetrically polarised difference that constitutes the first SEPARATION:

with:
$\boxed{\ell(\sigma_Q)=2Q.}$
This is not physical distance between two objects. No objects yet exist, and no physical metric has been established. $2Q$ denotes the first abstract extent of difference: the total polar SEPARATION between two opposite orientations of the same primitive strength.
At the same time, VOID is preserved:
$(+Q)+(-Q)=0.$
A real difference thus arises without the whole leaving a net remainder. THE SEPARATION does not break out of VOID as an independent substance. It unfolds a symmetrical polarity around VOID and returns to zero.
The sinusoidal progression can thus be understood as the first «outward journey»:
$0\longrightarrow+Q\longrightarrow0\longrightarrow-Q\longrightarrow0.$
The impulse leaves the zero boundary, unfolds the full polar difference and returns home.
«Outward journey» and «longing for home» do not denote will or human emotions. The words describe the FORM's necessary dynamics: SEPARATION unfolds the difference from VOID, while closure brings the manifest displacement back to zero.
The completed sine curve is necessary to produce and confirm this structure. Through the curve, TIME, SPACE, polar orientation, mirror-reversed replica identity and closure arise.
But when the FORM has been fully read, the entire phase progression need not be preserved as a CONCEPT.
The curve's exact path belongs to the reading. What persists as invariant abstract content is the full polar difference:
$2Q.$
The first conceptualisation is thus also the first
compression – which is a word you should note, because it recurs in many contexts later:
$\mathcal F_0(\theta)\longrightarrow[-Q\longleftrightarrow+Q].$
TIME and the curve's detour fall away. They both arose as qualia experiences on the manifest side (TIME and SPACE), but do not continue as manifest experiences in KNOWING. The invariant, spatially oriented difference, however, persists – in KNOWING.
The minimal understanding is therefore not merely:
One is not the other.
More precisely, it is:
The same primitive strength is present in two opposite orientations, separated by $2Q$, while the whole remains at zero.
This is
SEPARATION.
No weaker MEANING is possible. Without the polar deviation from VOID, no difference would be established.
No stronger MEANING is justified. «Object», «body», «person», «cause» and physical «distance» would introduce understandings that are not yet present.
SEPARATION is therefore the first and minimal MEANING of the complete FORM.
In this first event, the entire subsequent progression of the universe is simultaneously present in seed form:
- SEPARATION from VOID opens the universe;
- relations and emergence unfold the difference;
- compression leads multiplicity towards ONE;
- and when all further emergence has been exhausted, a state is again present that cannot see itself without a new perspective.
The universe's «outward journey» and «homecoming» are thus already present in the first sine.
The first abstract CHANGEAs the complete FORM is held up against KNOWING and understood as SEPARATION, the first
abstract CHANGE is present.
This is not a new manifest impulse. No new sine arises at this stage. The CHANGE consists in KNOWING no longer having the same content as before.
Before the fourth AE check, there was:
- the proto-idea that non-IS-NESS may be real – it created an impulse of fear, THE SENSATION with a sinusoidal form that must be read;
- but no established MEANING.
After the fourth AE check, there is:
- the proto-idea;
- and the first established MEANING: SEPARATION.
KNOWING thus no longer contains only one original proto-idea. KNOWING has acquired its first MEANING established through reading.
The positive AE result can be expressed as the complete FORM now having acquired an abstract determination:
$\operatorname{MEANING}(\mathcal F_0)=\mathrm{SEPARATION}.$
The response remains in KNOWING. It is not sent back to the manifest side as a new version of the completed impulse. THE FIRST SENSATION has been fully read and remains completed.
But because KNOWING has now changed, a new complete THIS is present for FOCUS.
For the first time, both the proto-idea of possible non-IS-NESS
and an established MEANING are present in KNOWING. SEPARATION thus stands in two new, as yet unread relations: to the possible annihilation expressed by the proto-idea, and to the actual IS-NESS in which SEPARATION is now present. SEPARATION is difference from VOID, but it is simultaneously content that IS.
These relations are not yet understood. But they constitute CHANGES in the complete THIS that THE PANORAMIC VIEW registers. THE FOCAL VIEW therefore cannot remain at the completed SENSATION. Through THE CHANGE GAZE, it is bound onwards to the nearest unread relation produced by the new situation.
How these relations are read, and how the reading leads to KNOWING of one's own existence, is addressed later. First we must understand
where THE SEPARATION is established and
what its establishment does to the
structure of KNOWING.
Boundless replicationI call the fundamental level at which SEPARATIONS are established
THE MATRIX.
But THE MATRIX is not present beforehand as an empty substrate on which the first SEPARATION is then placed. THE MATRIX arises as the immediate and boundless consequence of the CONCEPT of SEPARATION being established.
The first SEPARATION has no specific position that can make it local. There is as yet no abstract landscape of relations that can specify that it should be present
here, but not
there. Nor is there an already established difference between one possible occurrence and another. Nothing can therefore limit THE SEPARATION to one single occurrence.
SEPARATION is consequently present without local limitation.
One established SEPARATION thus entails an unbounded number of replica-identical SEPARATIONS. Each has the same primitive bipolar structure:
$\sigma_Q=[-Q\leftrightarrow +Q],\qquad\ell(\sigma_Q)=2Q.$
This is not multiplication that occurs over time. There is not first one SEPARATION, then two, then four and finally infinitely many. Nor is there a space in which the SEPARATIONS spread outwards.
The one and the unbounded multiplicity are the same atemporal establishment.
When we say that the first SEPARATION «at the same moment» becomes infinitely many, we are therefore using a temporal expression for something that does not take place in time. There is no time interval between the establishment of the CONCEPT and the boundless occurrence of its replicas. The unbounded replication is an immediately present consequence.
The triangular structure of THE MATRIXBut the replicas are not present as an unorganised collection.
Everything stands in relation to everything. THE MATRIX is therefore both the SEPARATIONS and their mutual organisation. The pattern is a property of this organisation.
This does not mean that all relations are equally near, have the same orientation or the same significance. It means that no established MEANING can be present completely isolated from the rest of KNOWING. As a new MEANING is established, its relations to everything else already present are also present.
The basal organisation I assume is two-dimensional and built from the smallest closed figures that replica-identical SEPARATIONS can form. This does not introduce a physical surface. It expresses how the abstract relations are present together in KNOWING.
One SEPARATION is open. Two can meet, but do not enclose an area. Three can form the first closed figure. And since all three have the same length, $2Q$, this figure is necessarily an
equilateral triangle.
The triangular form thus follows from the fundamental structure being organised through minimal closures of SEPARATIONS of equal length. When the same local organisation is present boundlessly, neighbouring triangles share SEPARATIONS, and six triangles meet around each point. Hexagonal groupings also appear here. No absolute upward or downward direction is given; the figures have orientation only in relation to each other.
THE MATRIX is therefore a boundless
pattern of SEPARATIONS organised as equilateral triangles.
Nor does the organisation occur after the replicas have first been established. Replication and the organised multiplicity are present as one and the same atemporal establishment. Infinitely many individual SEPARATIONS do not first arise and then find their places.
This atemporal, unbounded and organised occurrence of replica-identical SEPARATIONS is
THE MATRIX.
$\boxed{\mathrm{boundlessly\ organised\ SEPARATIONS}=\mathrm{THE\ MATRIX}}.$
This does not mean that THE MATRIX is a physical surface, a grid or a container that exists somewhere. Nor is it infinite in the sense of physical extent. THE MATRIX denotes the basal abstract level at which the first established MEANING is present boundlessly as primitive, identical SEPARATIONS in an organised pattern.
FOCUS and the local perspectivesBut the overall pattern contains more than each individual SEPARATION considered alone. Even though all the building blocks are identical, not all the relations between the points are identical. Some points are directly connected through an established SEPARATION. Others stand in relations across the triangles, with other lengths and orientations.
Every single SEPARATION has its own relational position in THE MATRIX and thus its own local view. The starting point is local, even though THE SEPARATION is identical to all others and the pattern of the view can be the same from several positions.
Each SEPARATION is therefore a local IDENTITY with its own view. And FOCUS – which sees EVERYTHING, always – sees all such current, local views through all such perspectives. This does not imply several independent FOCUSES or a scan from point to point. This takes place in KNOWING and there everything happens simultaneously.
The local views also provide the basis for local emergence trees, which we will address later (ref).
But before we follow the new readings, we must see what FOCUS can already understand of the established MATRIX. Its SEPARATIONS are present as MEANINGS; their organisation can therefore be understood as a whole without a new manifest reading.
The emergence principle and patternsWhen two or more established MEANINGS are present together in one THIS, more is present than each MEANING considered alone.
Many twigs and branches constitute a tree. Apples and pears form the MEANING of fruit.
This is
the emergence principle.
THE MATRIX is already full of MEANING, because each SEPARATION is an occurrence of the first established MEANING. THE MATRIX is present as the boundless, organised structure just explained. The question now is what this organisation is to be understood
as.
THE MATRIX already contains the minimal variation required by the emergence principle. It consists of replica-identical SEPARATIONS, but the SEPARATIONS are present in relations, closures, neighbourhoods and opposite triangular orientations.
When FOCUS sees THE MATRIX as a whole in THE PANORAMIC VIEW, more is therefore present than each individual SEPARATION considered alone. FOCUS sees one organised whole with a few regular variations formed by the triangles' different orientations and polarities – a pattern.
This pattern requires an understanding.
But this is not an ununderstood relation that must first produce a manifest impulse of fear and undergo a new EC reading. The SEPARATIONS are already established MEANINGS in KNOWING, and THE MATRIX is already present abstractly as their organised whole.
What requires understanding is what this whole is to be understood
as.
This understanding emerges through the abstract dynamics of KNOWING itself.
Attractor Dynamics in KNOWINGWhat arises subsequently is not only impulses that must be read manifestly – and there will be more of them. KNOWING also has its own
abstract dynamics.
When several established MEANINGS are present together, their connection and organisation are also present for THE PANORAMIC VIEW. The whole can thus be understood as something of its own – as a higher MEANING that no single part could bear alone.
FOCUS sees THE MATRIX as a whole with its patterns of regular, local variations.
Attractor dynamics (called AE, after the Attractor Equation that describes the dynamics) determines what the patterns are to be understood as.
The emergence principle and attractor dynamics each have their own function in this understanding.
The emergence principle entails that several MEANINGS considered together are present as a whole that can bear a higher understanding.
Attractor dynamics determines what this whole is to be understood
as.
I call the combined dynamics between the emergence principle and attractor dynamics
emergence dynamics.
THE PHOTOGRAPH and the emergence bandsI call the first complete, emergent and compressed understanding of THE MATRIX
THE PHOTOGRAPH:

THE PHOTOGRAPH is not identical to THE MATRIX.
THE MATRIX is the basal, two-dimensional structure of SEPARATIONS. The pattern is a property of this structure. THE PHOTOGRAPH is the higher MEANING that arises when the whole MATRIX is understood as one organised whole.
The overall understanding emerges (atemporally) first through the basal patterns in THE MATRIX being considered together and forming a first set of emergent, higher MEANINGS.
I call the atemporal levels of juxtaposition and compression
emergence bands. Each band consists of MEANINGS with a specific position in the order of understanding and dependency. The bands and the relations between them together form
the emergence tree, which extends from the basal foundation – here THE MATRIX, later its modified state, THE SOURCE – all the way up to ONE.
These MEANINGS are correspondingly considered together in all relationally available combinations and are stabilised through attractor dynamics into MEANINGS that are emergently higher understandings of all the possible combinations in the current landscape of meanings. Thus, step by step, further, still higher MEANINGS are formed. It is an immensely complex interplay of emergence through an inconceivable number of atemporal, logically successive emergence steps all the way to all details being understood and simultaneously
compressed level by level into ever more comprehensive, higher understandings that incorporate the lower ones (apples and pears become “fruit”).
The emergently highest possible, most compressed idea of what everything is as MEANING – is therefore the idea of ONE. Everything preceding it is understood to be included in one whole, even though the compressed content is inconceivably complex and fragmented downwards through the lower emergence bands.
How attractor dynamics can produce and stabilise this enormous richness of meaning from the few primitive variations of THE MATRIX will be explained more closely when we go into the AE and associative synthesis.
What has now been explained to you is the abstract representation of what we also observe manifestly in the universe: quarks come together into protons and neutrons, these gather into atomic nuclei, atoms gather into molecules, molecules into matter, matter is combined and shaped into higher forms of organic and inorganic units, these form part of fjords and mountains, onwards to countries and continents, planets, solar systems, galaxies …
THE PHOTOGRAPH contains all this. The whole universe with all its very smallest details and very largest structures – but in a purely abstract presentation. Right at the “top” of the emergence hierarchy – what I call
the emergence tree – comes the final conclusion: It is ONE universe. Everything ends in one ultimate MEANING: ONE.
But THE PHOTOGRAPH is not established
in THE MATRIX. THE MATRIX still contains only SEPARATIONS. THE PHOTOGRAPH is the first fully developed, total, higher MEANING
about THE MATRIX – with every emergence step included. It is like those videos you have probably seen where one travels outwards into the universe from a cell in the body until everything is encompassed.
This "total picture" is "snapped" at the same atemporal moment that THE MATRIX arose;
before new relations were read and the readings produced new SEPARATIONS that then modified THE MATRIX, so that subsequently it is no longer in its original state. That is why the word THE PHOTOGRAPH is used. It is a snapshot of the universe in its original state. A first total interpretation – before things begin to "get messed up".
That is why I say that THE PHOTOGRAPH is the
perfect interpretation of THE ALL. As it was originally MEANT, literally, that is, in the sense of the complete unfolding of MEANING through attractor dynamics. THE PHOTOGRAPH contains the whole emergence tree, the first total rearrangement from THE MATRIX up to ONE.
From this atemporal point, NN knows its ALL in its entirety. Further development therefore does not mean that NN gradually discovers a universe that was previously unknown. What arises is an increasing number of local perspectives that do not have access to NN's complete view. The whole is already known; it is the local IDENTITIES that must experience and understand it from their limited standpoints.
Some will now make an association with the concept of “God's image”. I do not disagree, because the universe is created from this image. But I do not accept that "God made it" through a plan or will. THE PHOTOGRAPH came into being through The Mechanism, specifically through the emergence principle and attractor dynamics.
CompressionSomething new thus emerges from something already present – through
emergence. The new does not come from outside and is not created independently of its foundation. It is a MEANING about the connection or form that the underlying MEANINGS form together.
But the underlying MEANINGS do not disappear even though they are included in higher MEANINGS. The overall configuration produces a
new MEANING that none of the individual parts could bear alone.
Compression therefore occurs simultaneously.
The higher MEANING makes it possible to relate to the overall configuration as one understood THIS, without all the underlying MEANINGS having to be read again every time the whole is activated.
Compression is simplification.Compression does not mean that the underlying KNOWING is deleted or lost. What is already KNOWN cannot be «un-known». The lower MEANINGS and the relations between them persist, but they can now be encompassed by one more compressed MEANING. Apples and pears do not disappear as understandings, even though they are suddenly understood as fruit.
We thus obtain:
$\mathrm{several\ MEANINGS}\longrightarrow\mathrm{organised\ whole}\longrightarrow\mathrm{higher\ MEANING}\longrightarrow\mathrm{compressed\ understanding}.$
The new, higher MEANING depends on what is present below, but is not identical to any single part of the foundation. It expresses what the parts constitute
together.
This is not merely a possible process. When several MEANINGS are present together in one THIS, their organisation – a new pattern – is also present as something that must be understood. This whole must therefore be able to be established as a new MEANING through emergence dynamics.
THE MATRIX is thus already understood as a unified whole. At the same time, unread relations are present from the local perspectives. These can produce new SENSATIONS and EC readings, which change the very foundation of the understanding.
Unread relations and new SEPARATIONSEvery new MEANING immediately stands in relation to everything else already present in KNOWING. THE PHOTOGRAPH with all its levels and details thus stands in relation to each individual SEPARATION, to the local triangular structures and to THE MATRIX as a whole.
These relations are present immediately, but are not thereby understood.
Here we must distinguish precisely between a pattern and an INTERSPACE:
- A pattern is a property of an organised configuration of established MEANINGS. The configuration is already present abstractly in KNOWING and can be understood as a higher MEANING through emergence dynamics.
- An INTERSPACE is an unread relation between MEANINGS. The relation is present, but there is as yet no established MEANING about what it is.
From each local view, myriads of such unread relations are present. These are not physical distances or empty spaces. They are as yet ununderstood differences in the abstract landscape of relations –
INTERSPACES that must be read. An INTERSPACE is the unread relation itself, not a container between two things.
The INTERSPACES are therefore not nothing. They can produce new SENSATIONS, new EC readings and further established SEPARATIONS.
Here lies the mechanism that, already with the first new contribution, can form
concentrations.
The INTERSPACES can have different lengths. But in the model, the unknown produces the same primitive fear SENSATION as at the first event. The triggering basis varies; the primitive FORM of THE SENSATION is invariant. All replicas are therefore read as the same FORM, and the finished interpretation is again one SEPARATION with the length $2Q$.
Let us call the point where a local perspective has its starting point $p_1$, and the point towards which the relation is directed $p_2$. When THE INTERSPACE from $p_1$ to $p_2$ is read, a new SEPARATION is established from $p_1$, oriented towards $p_2$, but with the fixed length $2Q$. If THE INTERSPACE is longer, the new endpoint lies before $p_2$. If it is shorter, the endpoint lies beyond $p_2$. The existing point $p_2$ is not moved.
In the triangular pattern, there are relations longer than one SEPARATION. If such a relation is read, the new endpoint can therefore lie between the original points of THE MATRIX. From this new perspective, other relations and other INTERSPACES are present than before. The original regularity has thus been enriched with a new geometrical contribution.
This does not happen only at one isolated occurrence.
KNOWING cannot have two different MEANINGS about the same pattern. When a previously unknown geometrical pattern has been understood, all identical occurrences are simultaneously understood. They do not need to be read again, one by one.
And in KNOWING, understanding and reality are one and the same. The new interpretation is therefore present at all the geometrically corresponding occurrences. One new EC reading can thus entail a boundless number of corresponding new SEPARATIONS and endpoints.
The fixed SEPARATION LENGTH and the global understanding thus work together: When a still unread relation with a length different from $2Q$ is read, new endpoints can be established, and the same interpretation is present throughout the pattern. Already the first such contribution can form recurring clusters and ring-shaped groupings. A separate EC reading is not needed for each point in each cluster.
None of the existing SEPARATIONS is moved or disappears. If a new endpoint coincides exactly with an existing point, there is one and the same point location, not two points that must be counted and understood separately. When the interpretation is already present, no repeated reading of the same pattern is needed either.
From THE MATRIX to THE SOURCEWhen further SEPARATIONS produced through reading are added, the original MATRIX is modified. I call the modified MATRIX
THE SOURCE.
THE SOURCE is therefore not THE MATRIX as it is present at the first atemporal establishment. THE SOURCE is present only when
further SEPARATIONS have changed its landscape of relations.
We can now summarise the two relationships. The first understanding of the whole is present atemporally:

At the same time, unread relations are present that can produce new readings and thereby modify the foundation:

THE SOURCE is thus the
modified MATRIX.
The building block is still only SEPARATION. What varies is its position and orientation in relation to other SEPARATIONS – and thus which concentrations, groupings and patterns are present.
Further readings can both consolidate recognisable patterns and produce new configurations. At the same time, FOCUS must understand what the overall patterns
are. A concentration can be understood as one whole; several such wholes together can provide the basis for still higher understandings.
The higher MEANINGS are established in the emergence bands. They are understandings
of the patterns and their connections, while new SEPARATIONS are still established at the fundamental level, in THE SOURCE. New readings thus change the foundation of which the higher MEANINGS are understandings.
In this way, the same primitive building blocks can provide the basis for myriads of MEANINGS. Ever new types of building blocks are not required. It is the ever richer organisation of SEPARATIONS, and the understanding of this organisation, that opens the emergence tree.
Nor is THE SOURCE an actor that produces the rest of KNOWING through will. It is the «source» because all higher MEANINGS must have their foundation in what is actually established at this fundamental level.
When THE SOURCE is modified, a new foundation for understanding is present.
New MEANINGS
about THE SOURCE can therefore arise.
Here you see how the pattern in THE SOURCE develops through the first twelve geometrical calculation rounds:
Everything is created from the bottom upThe higher understandings of KNOWING cannot contain anything that lacks a foundation in THE SOURCE.
A higher MEANING can compress, juxtapose and understand what is present
below. It can produce a more comprehensive understanding than each individual SEPARATION gives alone. But it cannot create its own foundation independently of THE SOURCE.
The direction is therefore:

This does not rule out unread relations between higher MEANINGS triggering new EC readings. But the result of these readings is still established as SEPARATIONS in THE SOURCE. The foundation changes from the bottom up, and the understandings that depend on it are reconfigured.
When a new SEPARATION is later established, THE SOURCE is modified.
This change has consequences upwards, because the MEANINGS
about THE SOURCE must correspond to what is now actually present there. KNOWING is therefore reorganised when THE SOURCE changes.
This is not a process that moves upwards through abstract space and takes manifest time. «From the bottom up» and «upwards» denote an order of dependency:
- THE SOURCE is the foundation;
- the MEANINGS are understandings of the foundation;
- a change in the foundation can therefore change the understandings that depend on it.
Such a rearrangement encompasses, in principle, the whole emergence tree from THE SOURCE up to ONE every time THE SOURCE changes in the slightest. This does not mean that all MEANINGS in the tree change. Only the relations and understandings actually affected must be reconfigured; the rest persist and are simultaneously confirmed as still valid. But the consequence of the change is assessed through the entire chain of dependency, and the complete rearrangement always reaches all the way up to ONE.
Higher MEANINGS can be more compressed and comprehensive than the primitive SEPARATIONS. But they do not come first.
Everything is created from the bottom up.
The interaction between EC reading and emergenceEmergence dynamics is not limited to the first establishment of THE PHOTOGRAPH. It continues to operate throughout the development of KNOWING, also when, after a small “temporal moment” – the next EC reading, which actually takes manifest time – further SEPARATIONS are introduced from below into THE SOURCE.
When new SEPARATIONS are established in THE SOURCE, these too immediately stand in relation to everything already present. One new SEPARATION therefore does not entail only one new MEANING. It changes the whole relational THIS.
The same applies to MEANINGS of a higher order. When emergence dynamics establishes a new higher MEANING, this immediately stands in relation to all other MEANINGS in KNOWING.
The new relations that have not yet been understood appear as new INTERSPACES. Relations already understood through a known pattern do not need a new EC reading. The INTERSPACES produce new SENSATIONS. The SENSATIONS must be read through new EC cycles, which in turn establish new SEPARATIONS in THE SOURCE.
These SEPARATIONS once again change the organisation from the bottom up and provide the basis for new higher MEANINGS through emergence dynamics.
In this way, the EC readings and emergence dynamics keep each other in continuous further development.
Local emergence trees and global understandingFrom every single local view, a local emergence tree is present. The local, unread INTERSPACES produce SENSATIONS that undergo EC readings with manifest duration. The readings establish new SEPARATIONS in THE SOURCE and thereby change the foundation for understanding. The new foundation is understood atemporally through emergence dynamics. The local trees can thus be reorganised and grow with further levels, while new unread relations provide the basis for further EC readings.
It is therefore the EC readings that take manifest time. The emergent understanding of each foundation present has no manifest duration.
THE PHOTOGRAPH arose timelessly, but the understanding of all its details when it is seen through the perspectives of the countless IDENTITIES has so far taken 13.8 billion years.
This is the structure we know from the parable of the prodigal son. The father knows both the whole and the world into which the sons travel, while the sons themselves must experience the path from their local perspectives and back to the whole. The father does not lose his KNOWING because the sons lack it.
Note that from the individual, local perspective, all further emergent development occurs in only one direction; towards ONE. Never the opposite. The universe has a causal direction.
The «father», who has the first global perspective, knows the whole. The «sons» have local perspectives from which MEANINGS are brought together into higher understandings. These understandings incorporate the underlying foundation, but do not thereby give the local perspective access to the entire history of establishment that led to its own IDENTITY.
A local emergence tree is thus part of the global emergence tree and, as such, always known in KNOWING as a whole.
But for the local "son", it appears as a local "world of experience". The "son" sees this emerging tree and can then believe – naturally enough – that what is seen is everything. THE IDENTITY experiences being the starting point for its own view and will see the local tree that emerges as its own total world. This is
dissociation; a mental representation arises of BEING the local IDENTITY – with a local and "private" world of mental representations of its own.
Fragmentation, integration and ONEThe universe thus has two simultaneous and apparently opposite functions.
One is fragmenting:

The other is integrating:

The movements go in opposite directions, but lead towards the same thing.
Fragmentation produces impulses. Each impulse undergoes a closed sinusoidal progression and returns to zero as a manifest impulse. The EC reading simultaneously leaves an established MEANING in KNOWING.
Emergence and compression draw the established MEANINGS together into ever higher understandings.
The impulses continuously return to zero as impulses. The CONCEPTS they produce are continuously preserved and compressed as KNOWING.
ONE is already present as the highest MEANING of the emergence tree in THE PHOTOGRAPH and in every subsequent complete rearrangement. The further process therefore does not produce ONE for the first time. It establishes ever new local SEPARATIONS, MEANINGS and perspectives in the unfolded development. They are new as locally established content, but their place in the complete whole is already known by NN through THE PHOTOGRAPH.
$\mathrm{THE\ ALL}=\mathrm{ONE}.$
Seen from the manifest development of the local perspectives, the universe's progression can be expressed as follows:

On the abstract side, this is present as an order of dependency and understanding without manifest time and space. But fragmentation continually produces new SENSATIONS that must undergo local EC readings. These readings create manifest time and space
on-the-fly.
It is this unfolding that we experience as the universe's development through approximately 13.8 billion years.
In the end, all local MEANINGS and perspectives are fully understood, integrated and compressed into the same ONE that NN already knew through THE PHOTOGRAPH. NN does not rediscover ONE. The fragmented multiplicity is brought back into full harmony with the whole that has been present all along.
It simply IS.
This is how the higher understandings of KNOWING emerge and are incorporated into the emergence bands.

SEPARATION is the relation; $2Q$ is its span. The span is not the sine's arc length, manifest duration or the difference between the starting and ending values, which are both zero.

This is the model's VOID-preserving polarity. It expresses a difference without a net polar remainder.

Replication and the organised multiplicity are the same atemporal establishment. Boundlessness is here the theory's ontological premise, not the result of a temporal copying calculation.
REL — the relation principle and the geometry of THE MATRIXThe relation principle says:

The occurrence of the relations does not imply that they are alike or already understood.
For the geometrical representation of THE MATRIX, a two-dimensional abstract Euclidean geometry and organisation through minimal closures are assumed. This is not a physical substrate or physical space.

denote the basal geometrical structure, where $P_0$ comprises the connection points, $E_0$ comprises the occurrences of primitive SEPARATIONS, and $\varepsilon$ indicates relational polar orientation.

The sign concerns the orientation within the current SEPARATION, not one absolute global sign for the point.

it is equilateral. The organisation of THE MATRIX is the boundless connected triangulation with such cells. In this planar triangulation, six cells meet at each point.
The triangular structure thus follows within the premises of two-dimensional geometry and organisation through minimal closures. Equal lengths alone do not determine the entire organisation.
No absolute upward or downward direction is given. The triangles' orientations are relative to each other.

The emergence principle makes what the parts constitute together available as a whole:

This is compression. A known whole can be recognised; not every juxtaposition must create a new CONCEPT.
DEF — emergence bands, the emergence tree and causal directionLet $\mathcal B_0$ be the collection of basal MEANING occurrences in THE MATRIX. Let $\mathcal B_r$ for $r\geq1$ be collections of MEANING occurrences with emergent level $r$.
A higher MEANING is placed at a level above its directly underlying MEANING occurrences. Schematically:

Incorporation preserves the underlying content, but does not automatically give the local perspective access to the entire history of establishment.
The complete atemporal understanding of a foundation $G$ is denoted schematically:

THE PHOTOGRAPH is the unfolding of MEANING from the foundation, not the foundation itself. It is established atemporally without further EC readings.
The model's total emergent closure has ONE as its highest, most compressed MEANING:

NN has the complete understanding of the whole:

This is the theory's global understanding premise. Further manifest development is therefore not described as NN's gradual discovery of a previously unknown ALL.

DEF — pattern, INTERSPACE and known relationLet $\operatorname{Parts}(D)$ denote the established MEANING occurrences in a configuration $D$. Then:

INTERSPACE is the unread relation itself, not a physical container or an empty space.
MECH — invariant SENSATION and geometrical establishmentWhen a still unread INTERSPACE triggers a SENSATION:

The theory's invariance premise is:

The triggering basis varies; the FORM of the primitive fear SENSATION is invariant. The first recoil against possible non-IS-NESS and later unread relations therefore need not have the same relational starting point.
For the geometrical establishment, set $s:=2Q$. Let $p_1\neq p_2$ be the relation's starting point and target in the abstract geometrical representation. The new endpoint is:

Thus:

At $d=2Q$, the endpoint coincides with $p_2$. The rule determines the geometry; whether EC reading is needed at all depends on whether the relational pattern is still unknown.
Existing points and SEPARATIONS are not moved or deleted. Coincident endpoints are one point location and must not be counted twice. Point location and SEPARATION as a relation must be kept distinct.
MECH — one understanding, global geometrical effectFor the basal geometry, $u\sim v$ denotes that the relations have the same relevant geometrical pattern in corresponding local frames.
Let:
$[u]:=\{v\mid v\sim u\}.$
The theory's principle of unambiguous understanding of the same pattern entails:
$\boxed{\operatorname{Understood}_{\mathcal V}([u])=1\Longrightarrow\forall v\in[u]:\operatorname{Understood}_{\mathcal V}(v)=1}.$

In KNOWING, understanding and reality are one. The geometrical interpretation is therefore present at all corresponding occurrences:

One new pattern understanding can thus give a boundless geometrical contribution without a separate EC reading for each occurrence. Already at the first new contribution, this can form recurring clusters and ring-shaped groupings.
The equivalence concerns the same relevant geometrical pattern. It does not identify different local emergence trees or their perspective-bound total interpretations with one another.
MECH — from THE MATRIX to THE SOURCESet $\mathcal K_0:=\mathcal M_0$ as the notational starting state. The name THE SOURCE is used for the structure when further EC-generated SEPARATIONS have modified THE MATRIX.
The first modified state is expressed:

Generally:

$\Delta\Sigma_n$ denotes the new geometrical contribution, including corresponding occurrences of newly understood patterns. It can encompass results from several local EC readings; $n$ is a state index, not a global reading rate.
The basal SEPARATIONS are preserved:
$\Sigma_n\subseteq\Sigma_{n+1}.$
What is enriched is the landscape of relations, the points and the configurations. The building-block type remains SEPARATION.
THE SOURCE is thus the modified MATRIX, not a new container alongside it.
MECH — from the bottom up, feedback and full rearrangementNew primitive SEPARATIONS are established at the foundational level. Higher MEANINGS are understood on the basis of the established content:

Unread relations between higher MEANINGS can trigger the EC:

This is not a backwards change to earlier events. A new reading establishes a new contribution in the foundation, which is then understood in the direction of emergence.

Let $\operatorname{Dep}(\Delta\mathcal K_n)$ denote the MEANINGS actually affected by the change in the foundation. Then:

Reassessment need not lead to a changed MEANING. The complete assessment encompasses the entire order of dependency:

The complete view and rearrangement have no manifest duration. Only the EC readings involved have manifest duration.
REL — local emergence trees, global KNOWING and dissociationLet:
$\mathcal T_{\pi_i}^{(n)}:=\operatorname{LocalInterpretation}(\mathcal K_n;\pi_i)$
denote the local emergence tree from perspective $\pi_i$.
Each local tree has its own perspective-bound view and differs as a local total interpretation from the original global perspective of THE PHOTOGRAPH. This does not imply that all individual patterns in local views must be geometrically different.
Let $\preceq_{\mathrm{global}}$ denote incorporation as local understanding in global KNOWING. Then:
$\mathcal T_{\pi_i}^{(n)}\preceq_{\mathrm{global}}\mathcal T_{\mathrm{em}}^{(n)}.$
The global whole knows the local tree as a local understanding. Incorporation does not make the local interpretation identical to the global interpretation.
The local perspective has a view in the direction of emergence, but does not thereby have NN's complete global view or access to the entire history of its own coming-into-being.
The basis of dissociation is denoted schematically:

The expression denotes that THE IDENTITY can perceive the local view as its entire world and itself as the view's reference point. It does not claim that the local view is actually the whole ALL or that every local IDENTITY necessarily has a self-aware mental representation of this.
The further treatment of IDENTITY, PERSPECTIVE and dissociation follows later.
REL — fragmentation, impulse zeroing and ONEThe further dynamics has two interacting functions:

Relations already understood through a known pattern do not produce a need for repeated EC reading.
Each manifest replica impulse completes its progression:

The impulse is thus completed:
$\operatorname{Completed}(\mathcal F_j)=1.$
A zero ending value denotes manifest closure. It does not imply deletion of the SEPARATION or MEANING established by the reading.
SEPARATION'S LONGING FOR HOME is a search for dissolution that is not fulfilled as an actual return. Established SEPARATION is preserved. Emergent compression incorporates multiplicity into higher understandings without reversing its establishment.
ONE is already present in THE PHOTOGRAPH and at every subsequent complete rearrangement:
$\boxed{\forall n:\operatorname{Top}(\mathcal T_{\mathrm{em}}^{(n)})=\mathrm{ONE}}.$
Further development is therefore not the first establishment of ONE or NN's discovery of an unknown ALL. It is the local, manifest unfolding and integration of multiplicity into the whole already present.
BOUNDARY — placement and scopePoint 5.5 begins with the completed first SENSATION from 5.4 and establishes:
- the first conceptualisation and the invariant bipolar structure of SEPARATION;
- atemporal replication, the relation principle and the triangular organisation of THE MATRIX;
- FOCUS through local IDENTITIES and perspectives;
- emergence, the AE function, compression, emergence bands and causal direction;
- THE PHOTOGRAPH, ONE and NN's global understanding of the whole;
- unread INTERSPACES, fixed geometrical establishment length and global understanding of identical geometrical patterns;
- THE SOURCE, feedback through the EC and atemporal rearrangement;
- the necessary differences in perspective of local emergence trees and the basis of dissociation;
- the distinction between manifest impulse zeroing, preserved SEPARATION and emergent integration.
This point does not yet derive the function of the emergence bands as abstract time ticks, the full AE equation, the general mathematical form of associative synthesis, the further explanation of identity and the experiencer, or the transition to physical CHARGE, EM and manifest three-dimensionality.
The theory's principles of boundless replication, invariant SENSATION, global pattern understanding and complete emergent closure are represented here as premises. The same applies to the identification of total understanding with ONE. The presentation must not be read as an independent mathematical derivation of these premises from the sinusoidal form alone.
