59. The coming into being of the EM wave
The electromagnetic wave is one of the most fundamental phenomena in physics. Light, radio, X-rays, heat — all are electromagnetic oscillations. But what oscillates, exactly? What is it that alternates?
In the EC/HE theory the answer is precise: what alternates is E and B — understanding and sensation. The electric field expresses the relational structure in KNOWING. The magnetic field expresses the qualia side of the same relation — THE SENSATION through the Experience Circle. The EM wave is the oscillation between these two aspects of one and the same relational event.
This is not an analogy. It is an identification. The E/B polarity in physics and the E/B polarity in the EC theory are the same structure seen from two sides of the horizon.
And this polarity has an even deeper root. The original pulse between BEING and VOID — the very first distinction that makes experience possible — is what subsequently appears in manifest form as electromagnetic oscillation. The EM wave is therefore not merely one phenomenon among others in the universe. It is the universe’s continuous repetition of its own origin.
The Horizon Equation describes the stabilisation condition for this alternation. It thereby explains not merely that EM relations are manifested as waves, but why they cannot be manifested in any other way.
The Experience Circle is therefore not an abstract mechanism that lies “behind” physics and steers it from a distance. It is physics — seen from the inside. Every electromagnetic oscillation is a local horizon transition between relational structure in KNOWING and qualia-based manifestation. Horizons exist everywhere.
