15.2. Time and distance

The space between the points is understood as distance. Different distances emerge, and these must also be given an explanation, an interpretation: «time».

With several points, there are now deviating distances between some of the points. This follows from the geometry, which I previously showed with my primitive figure made with equally long Q-tips.

The not-identical distances also require an interpretation. Everything new needs to be understood.

That is the one and only function of the Experiencer; to create concepts and experience them as qualia.

The raw material for the creations is everything the Experiencer registers that it has no previous knowledge of – which has not yet been understood as something idiosyncratic, something distinctive.

How should the «differences» in distances be understood? What are the differences? What is the higher, emergent understanding of divergent distances?

The Experiencer has no answer, it does not know any concept that can explain the phenomenon, so it must create a new concept – «time».

The distance between the points is due to time.

The distance increases when the points are exposed to time. Space and time are interconnected.

The Experiencer is now conscious of time because it knows what time is conceptually and also knows how time is experienced.
