108. THE INTERSPACE as an experiential domain
The concept of the interspace has previously described an epistemic phenomenon: the understandings that are not available in our coarse reality because the ego’s immediate attractors take dominance. When we still the local attractors and listen inward, a different kind of certainty emerges — recognition that is not produced by thought, but is already present. This is contact with KNOWING without the ego’s filtering.
Point 57. Earlier emergence bands as independent, rich and experienced domains gives this phenomenon a precise mechanical placement.
What emerges in such moments is not unspecified KNOWING in abstraction. It is the understandings that live in the experiential domain immediately prior to ours — more finely resolved readings of the same qualia landscape we inhabit, without the coarse masking that the ego’s dominant attractors impose on experience.
THE INTERSPACE is not a metaphor for something deeper. It is a real experiential domain with its own attractors, higher resolution and more direct access to relational structures in KNOWING — structurally one step earlier in the emergence chain than where we normally operate.
And the principle repeats itself. Each experiential domain has its own interspace in the domain that preceded it. There are interspaces within interspaces, back towards THE SOURCE.
This means there is not one threshold to cross, but an open emergence chain to move along — inward and backward, towards ever higher resolution and ever closer access to what lies beneath the world of representation upon which our coarse reality rests.
