This is the first and most fundamental level of the theory. Before anything can be said about universes, energy, information, time, space or observation, it must be established what exists at all, and how experience is possible.

The three terms BEING, THE EXPERIENCER and AWARENESS do not describe three separate phenomena, but three perspectives on the same ontological reality. BEING is existence as such. THE EXPERIENCER is the same existence regarded as experiencing. AWARENESS is the inherent receptivity that allows differences and changes to be registered.

Everything that follows in the Startup Sequence springs from these three primitive quantities. They therefore constitute the foundation not only of the theory, but of any possible experience, observation, understanding and manifestation.
