Here is some information about how the Facebook group “Spirituality and Science” interacts with the content of the FAQ on this website:

The topics listed on the main FAQ page are first introduced in the Facebook group – where they are open for discussion.

Many of these topics often require long lines of thought, with sufficient time to let what is presented sink in along the way. For that reason, most of them are divided into smaller parts, with typically one part published per day. I present my ideas step by step, and each day it is completely open to argue, ask questions, joke, take offense, and put forward your own firm assertions and twisted perspectives of all kinds. Then the exploration continues the next day.

Let me add that this is not a “random” Facebook group:

Over the past seven years, I have worked intensively on formulating a “philosophical main work” that presents a theory of how the world is put together when we take IDEALISM FULLY SERIOUSLY as a philosophical starting point. The core claim is that CONSCIOUSNESS (not the “substance” of physics) is fundamental. This was a MAJOR THEME in European and Eastern philosophy up until the 1600s–1700s, when the materialist scientific worldview gained dominance. In my view, a mistake was made.

The foundational ideas were presented in the book Erfareren in 2022 (available for free here on varhet.com). Since then, the material has become both expanded, deeper, and more precise than it was four years ago. What I want to present and discuss with you therefore already exists – but in the form of many thousands of notes and unfinished texts. It is shaping up to become three closely interconnected books:

• “The Mechanism” – what the universe IS and how the entire system works in a scientific sense.
• “The Human Condition” – which explains the consequences of the mechanism for our psychology, social interaction, and the dynamics that drive the world forward at the highest level: politics, war, energy, resources, climate, etc.
• “The New Earth” – which describes how we must organize ourselves in order to arrive at a planet and a society in long-term equilibrium.

After we have engaged in this ping-pong philosophizing for a few weeks and months, I GUARANTEE that you will understand MUCH MORE and, moreover, have a NEW VIEW of the world. This brings with it an enormous sense of relief, freedom, an exhale, inner peace, and at times great happiness. FINALLY, you get answers to what this life and this universe are and how they function. These are big words, but that is how it is for me: I have experienced this myself. And what I am bringing is complete – everything is included.

But again – this is not done with a handful of explanations. It is distributed in segments, gently introduced, objections must be addressed, and connections must be understood. In that sense, this project is UNIQUE, not only in its working method, but in that you are invited into material that is NEW and potentially groundbreaking.

I describe myself as both a field worker and a shift worker. I work with the “field of consciousness” (which is something CONCRETE), and I am a “paradigm-shift worker.” You are welcome to join the team. You are needed, even if you do not contribute comments or posts – if only for your UNDERSTANDING:

Everything in this world is THOUGHT-DRIVEN (thoughts come first!), and cause and effect (what we call causality) are therefore reversed compared to what most people believe. That is why your thoughts are extremely important. But we will return to this – stay tuned!
