Until now the theory has operated in the abstract domain — KNOWING, relations, attractors, emergence. Now comes the encounter with the physical world.
This section shows how the manifest universe appears from the abstract, underlying relational structure: why there is a Planck scale, what a photon actually is, why electromagnetism has the form it has, why space is three-dimensional — and why the fine-structure constant is exactly what it is.
This is where the Horizon Equation meets physics. Not as a description of physical phenomena, but as an explanation of why the physical phenomena are necessarily as they are. Physics has measured these quantities for over a hundred years. Here is the explanation of why they could not have been otherwise.
