The Startup Sequence established that KNOWING exists and what it is. This section establishes how KNOWING functions.

Here the fundamental mechanisms are described that make experience, understanding, emergence and manifestation possible: resonance, Attractor Dynamics, recognition, stabilisation and dissociation. This is the operative layer of the theory — the engine room beneath all further development.

The section also contains the theory’s most controversial claim: that causality in the universe runs in the opposite direction to what modern science has assumed. This inversion is not a philosophical position. It is a structural necessity that follows directly from what was established in the Startup Sequence.
